Penny Proud Is Ready To Grow Up In New Trailer For The Proud Family: Louder And Prouder

Your favorite Disney Channel family is back!

We’ve got a trailer for Disney+’s The Proud Family revival The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder. While Trudy recognizes Penny is becoming a young lady, Oscar doesn’t want her to grow up too fast. The family will deal with socially woke neighbors, cancel culture, and teenage hormones. The trailer showcases a new stylized animation with the original cast, including Kyla Pratt, Tommy Davidson, Paula Jai Parker, and JoMarie Payton, returning to their same old shenanigans.

A new behind-the-scenes music featurette even explores the new The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder theme song. It’s sung by rising R&B singer Joyce Wrice and pays homage to the original song by Solange and Destiny’s Child.

The trailer also teases more of the revival’s special guests, including Lizzo, Tiffany Haddish, Lil Nas X, and Leslie Odom Jr.

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder premieres February 23 on Disney+, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday.
