We Get A Closer Look At The I Love Lucy Cast In New Being The Ricardos Trailer

When the teaser trailer for the upcoming Amazon Original Movie Being The Ricardos dropped, we only saw a single snippet of Nicole Kidman as the legendary Lucille Ball and it left viewers confused and worried about the Andy Sorkin project. Now, with the full trailer out, we finally get a chance to see more. While I’m not sure it’s sold viewers yet, it does give us a better look at what we’re working with, including some solid takes on J.K. Simmons as William Frawley and Nina Arianda as Vivian Vance.

A revealing look into the iconic couples romantic and professional relationship, Being The Ricardos takes place during one stressful week of production on the set of their sitcom I Love Lucy. The film dives into the behind-the-scenes drama that Lucille Ball (Kidman) and Desi Arnaz (Javier Bardem) dealt with as they are threatened by shocking personal accusations, a political smear, and cultural taboos.

Catch Being The Ricardos in theatres on December 10th and on Prime Video on December 21.
