First Look At Netflix’s Do Revenge Starring Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes

Netflix has released first look photos for their new film Do Revenge.

The Hitchcockian dark comedy is written and directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, the brilliant mind behind MTV’s Sweet/Vicious and Netflix’s Someone Great. Robinson has continually done an incredible job of centering women in a vulnerable and powerful way in her work, so Do Revenge is bound to be a can’t miss film.

Do Revenge follows high school queen bee Drea, played by Riverdale’s Camila Mendes, who wants revenge on her boyfriend after leaking her sex tape, while new student Eleanor, played by Stranger Things’ Maya Hawke, is outed by a girl who starts a terrible rumor about her. Together the unlikely duo work to take down each other’s tormentors.

Austin Abrams, Rish Shah, Talia Ryder, Ava Capri, Jonathan Daviss, Maia Reficco, Paris Berelc, Alisha Boe, and Sophie Turner round out the cast. The film also features music by Este Haim and Amanda Yamate.

Do Revenge hits Netflix on September 16.
