RIP to the Usher family…

Mike Flanagan has taken Netflix by storm with horror hits from The Haunting of Hill House to Midnight Mass. Now we’ve got the trailer for the final project under his deal with the streaming service titled The Fall of the House of Usher, inspired by the literary works of Edgar Allen Poe.

The series follows twins Roderick and Madeline Usher who built their company into a thriving empire. Family secrets are dug up by a supernatural entity from their past that targets and kills the heirs to their fortune. Carla Gugino takes center stage in the trailer bringing the family to justice through dark and sinister means. The filmmaker brings back all our Flana-faves, including Kate Siegel, Kyliegh Curran, Rahul Kohli, and Henry Thomas, to tell the story.

The Fall of the House of Usher premieres October 12 on Netflix.
