We’re Going Back To The Fury Road With Mad Max Character Furiosa’s Origin Story In New Trailer

Mad Max creator George Miller returns to the franchise to bring us Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth.

The trailer follows Furiosa (Taylor-Joy) taken from the Green Place of Many Mothers to the great Biker Horde led by warlord Dementus (Hemsworth). Set in a desert wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. It’s survival of the fittest as the two war tyrants want dominant power. Furiosa’s goal is to find her way back home by any means necessary. Not much dialogue is said, but the scenes are action-packed in a desert wasteland. There’s intense battles, elaborate escape plans, explosions, intricate weaponry, and so much more!

Angus Sampson and Nathan Jones return to their roles of The Organic Mechanic and Rictus Erectus, respectively. In addition, Alyla Browne plays an even younger version of Furiosa.

Furiosa is set to premiere in theaters on May 24, 2024.
