Love Gets Even Messier In The Buccaneers Season 2 Trailer

tv

Our favorite sisterhood is back and things are getting messier than ever in the new season of The Buccaneers

Soundtracked by Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe,” the trailer shows us Nan (Kristine Froseth) after her wedding, trying to convince herself that she and Theo (Guy Remmers) are happy together. In hopes to make her marriage work as she’s now a Duchess, she has to let go of the one thing holding her back — her feelings for Guy (Matthew Broome).

The trailer then cuts to Guy and Jinny (Imogen Waterhouse) settling in after their escape, but he admits he still has unresolved feelings for Nan. From Lord James Seadown (Barney Fishwick) obsessively trying to track down where Jinny is to Mabel (Josie Totah) and Honoria (Mia Threapleton) displaying their love for each other, this season is clearly bringing all the sizzling drama, romance, and the urge for change and challenging traditional English views. We also get a glimpse of Leighton Meester’s character at the very end as she asks Patricia (Christina Hendricks) if she’s going to introduce her to Nan.

Alisha Boe, Aubri Ibrag, Josh Dylan, Amelia Bullmore, and Fenella Woolgar round out the returning cast, with new additions of Greg Wise, Jacob Ifan, Grace Ambrose, and Maria Almeida.

The Buccaneers season 2 premieres June 18 on Apple TV+.
