China Anne McClain Returns As Uma, The Principal Of Auradon Prep, In Descendants: Rise Of Red Teaser

China Anne Mclain reprises her role as villain Uma in the new Disney film Descendants: Rise Of Red. However, this time she’s the principal of Auradon Prep!

The teaser shows Uma talking about Mal giving her an offer she couldn’t refuse. On a quest to shake things up, it’s revealed that she will open Auradon Prep to all kingdoms including Wonderland. As she seals an envelope, she extends the invitation to Princess Red (Kylie Cantrall), the rebellious daughter of The Queen of Hearts (Rita Ora). The film will focus on the titular character and the grudge her mother has held against Auradon. When The Queen incites a coup against the academy, it’s up to Red and Cinderella’s (Brandy) daughter Chloe (Malia Baker) to undo the traumatic event that sent her mother down a villainous path. 

Ruby Rose Turner, Joshua Colley, Dara Reneé, Paolo Montalban, Melanie Paxson, and Anthony Pyatt Jr. round out the cast.

Descendants: The Rise Of Red will premiere this summer on Disney+.
